What is your vision for the Region of Waterloo? Imagine the community you want in 5, 25 or 50 years. What are the opportunities and challenges you see ahead that will shape our cities and townships? 

Right now, the Region of Waterloo is building our 2023-2027 Strategic Plan. It’s a roadmap to creating the community we want. It tells us where to focus our work. It helps us make the right investments for the coming years and sets us in the right direction for the future.    

Our community is growing and changing – how can we co-create the best region for ourselves and the next generation? We’ve been busy gathering input from voices across our community to help shape the Region of Waterloo’s 2023-2027 Strategic Plan. There’s still time to hear your voice!
