Paving a better path for passengers
It used to be a rough and often muddy route that was difficult for travellers with mobility devices and young families to get through.
Today, a new multi-use path leading to the GO Transit and VIA rail station in Kitchener is making it safer and more accessible for all passengers to get to their train.
The two-way asphalt path goes right from the station down to the corner of Victoria and Weber, connecting travellers to more public transit options.
