What does she do? Michelle works behind the scenes to make sure you stay healthy and help the places you eat, play and relax continue to serve you safely.

Visit the “Check it! We inspect it” website to view the current inspection results of your favourite businesses. Our inspectors complete nearly 7,000 inspections each year in Waterloo Region.
Inspection results are available for:
- Food service, e.g. restaurants, take-out, caterers
- Food retailers
- Spas
- Salons
- Piercing and tattooing businesses
- Recreational water facilities
- Overnight camps
- Small drinking water systems
